AI and service design panel

On July 27th, Dr. Mejía will participate in a panel organized by ASU's Center for Services Leadership. It was a "Thought Leadership Call" on artificial intelligence, chatbots, and service robots. Dr. Mejía discussed how design thinking/mindset would address the challenges of artificial intelligence. He will present ideas of reframing to consider broader consequences and designing what we want AI to do instead of predicting what it will do to services. The moderator will be Thomas Hollmann.
