New paper on service design and foresight

Dr. Mauricio Mejía joined two scholars in Denmark (Cathrine Løgager and Luca Simeone) to coauthor the forthcoming conference paper titled "A foresight-oriented service design approach to foster longer-term thinking and sustainable practices." We study how service designers can incorporate foresight tools to achive more sustainable transformations. The paper will be presented at the European Academy of Design EAD Conference in October 2021.
